For the purpose of selling goods and operating our websites, we process certain personal data.

I. Processing of Personal Data
Processing personal data when using the contact form
If you inquire about our products and services, we will process your contact details you provide to us, mainly through the inquiry form. These include: customer’s first and last name, address, email, and phone number.
For what purpose?
We will contact you via these details for further arrangements regarding goods and services.
On what legal basis?
This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – negotiation of a contract or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
How long will we process your personal data?
If no further cooperation ensues, we will process your data for a maximum of 120 months from our last communication.
Processing personal data in case of purchase
If you make a purchase from us, we will process the data you provide. These are primarily billing details: name, surname, address, phone number, email.
For what purpose?
We need to process personal data to fulfill our contract – to deliver our goods to you. We will also communicate with you about your order status, complaints, or your inquiries using the contact details.
Personal data will also be processed to comply with our legal obligations (mainly accounting and tax purposes, or complaint handling).
On what legal basis do we process personal data?
This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract, and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation.
How long will we process your personal data?
For the duration of our service and subsequently for 10 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.
Newsletters (commercial communications)
If you are a purchasing customer and have not opted out at purchase, we will use your email address to send our newsletters.
On what legal basis?
This is permitted by Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, provided you did not opt out during purchase.
How long will we process your personal data?
For 2 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via email or contact us at janushherbs@gmail.
II. Who will have access to the data?
Your data will remain with us. However, some companies or other entities working for us who help operate our e-shop will have access to your data. These include:

V. Your Rights Regarding Personal Data Processing
The GDPR grants you, among other things, the right to contact us and request information about which personal data we process, request access to your data, update or correct it, request restriction of processing, request a copy of processed personal data, request deletion of personal data in certain situations, and in some cases, the right to data portability.
