Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) – Shipping & Payment
1. What shipping methods do you offer?
We provide standard delivery via PPL courier and Zásilkovna. Personal pickup at a store is planned for the future.
Orders are usually delivered by the carrier within 1–3 business days after dispatch. If an order is placed and paid by 10:00 AM, we ship it the same day.
3. How can I find out when my order was shipped?
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
4. Can I change the delivery address after ordering?
If the order is still being prepared, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to update the address.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online card payments and bank transfers. Cash on delivery is not available yet. We plan to offer more payment options in the future.
6. Is cash on delivery an option?
Currently, cash on delivery is not offered.
7. What should I do if my package hasn’t arrived or is damaged?
Please contact us immediately and we will assist in resolving the issue or filing a claim.
8. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free for orders over 1500 CZK; otherwise, standard carrier rates apply.
9. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Cancellations or modifications are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped, so please contact us as soon as possible.
10. Do you offer personal pickup?
At the moment, personal pickup is not available. We are currently looking for a suitable location for our store, where this option will definitely be offered.
